Today: HubSpot, Google Contacts, and Google Calendar (for AI follow-up context). Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Zoho, and a Merge.dev unified connector are on the roadmap. Every captured contact also exports as CSV/vCard for import anywhere.
SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC) and SCIM provisioning are on our near-term Enterprise roadmap — not yet shipped. Today we support magic-link plus Google and GitHub OAuth sign-in. If SSO timing is a blocker, talk to us at hello@vibeid.link.
In Supabase (AWS us-east-1). All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.
Always. Free and paid plans both include CSV and vCard export. You can also delete your account and all data from Settings → Data at any time.
After a contact capture, we call Cloudflare Workers AI or Groq (PDPA-safe providers we chose specifically for privacy) to draft a personalized email using the contact details and any meeting notes you added. The draft lands in your Drafts queue — nothing is sent without your review.
