1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you warrant you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
VibeID is a SaaS digital business card with AI follow-up and team intelligence. Features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for account security and for all content uploaded. Do not impersonate, harass, or violate applicable law.
4. Payment, trials, and refunds
Paid plans bill in USD, monthly or annually: Pro is $7/month billed annually ($9 month-to-month); Business is $5 per seat/month billed annually ($6 month-to-month). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date — you can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
New workspaces start with a 14-day Pro trialat no charge and with no card required; if you don’t upgrade, the workspace simply continues on the Free plan.
Refunds: the first charge of a new subscription carries a 14-day money-back guarantee — email legal@skygem.tech within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full to the original payment method via Stripe. Renewals and mid-cycle seat changes are refunded at our discretion and as required by applicable law; Enterprise annual contracts are pro-rated per the MSA.
5. Acceptable use
No spamming, no scraping, no reverse engineering of proprietary code, no circumventing rate limits or plan gates. Demo sessions are for evaluation only.
6. IP
You own your content. We own the product. You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
Delaware law governs, excluding conflicts-of-law principles. Venue: state and federal courts located in Delaware.
